Delivery Times To find out when your gifts reach their destination, you need to consider the availability and the shipping time. Here's the equation we use: Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time Availability: The time that we consume to procure and pack the product so that it’s ready to ship. Shipping Time: The time taken by the gifts to move from our Warehouse to Destination. Normally 2 to 5 days for all products EXCEPT Flowers and Cakes. Flowers and Cakes: There are different timings for different cities, details can by clicking here. Priority Delivery: We have same and next day delivery available in few cities. For such deliveries you are supposed to make a selection in the order form. Almost all products have availability details mentioned along with the product information. All products (except flowers and cakes) take from two to five days to be delivered. We use the services of a FedEx Channel Partner in India to deliver your gifts. Although we provide an option to choose a preferred delivery date, but please make sure that you choose a date that fits the above equation, For example: If SodexHo Gift Cheques have an availability details saying, “Ships within 2 days”. Then the minimum delivery time would be: 2 Days (for availability) + 2 Days (for Shipping) = Total 4 Days Remember, shipping time might fluctuate between 2 to 5 days because of circumstances on which we have no control. So Please be prepared for the time that it takes to deliver the products. On our end we will try our level best to deliver your products on the date desired by you. The best way to avoid such circumstances is to schedule the delivery well in advance. Our system allows you schedule a delivery as early as 60 days before of the actual delivery. Top 2. Pricing We offer consistently low prices on our entire catalog. We believe in transparency of pricing, so here are the details of what a product’s price indicates. Price Includes: Price of Product, Shipping and Packaging, Taxes. There are no hidden charges. Most of the times, we do not charge your Credit Card until your Products are shipped. Top 3. Shipping and Handling We deliver to more than 1000 locations across India. The Shipping price is already included in the product price. We are in the process of developing a system, where shipping is calculated on the basis of product weight and delivery locations. Your Gifts are packed in a Special Gift Box and shipped to your destination via a channel partner of FedEx. Click here to see the Delivery Destinations and Time taken to deliver. Top 4. Exchange This section is of relevance only for recipient of gifts. We are happy to accept gifts for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Recipients can use this service if they would simply like to exchange the gift and if we are instructed, we won’t tell the sender about this exchange. Please note that following methods, terms and conditions apply: • Exchange is not applicable to perishable products like Flowers, Cakes, Chocolates, Dry fruits, Sweets etc. • There will be a fixed deduction of 30% towards packaging, handling and processing of the order. • Send us an email to exchange@alltimegifts.com indicating the items to return and order number (written on packaging slip). • Send the products to us via courier. Also send us the list of new products that you would like to be sent. Choose new item(s) from our website. Make sure that new items are priced 30% less than the price of the items sent for exchange. • Products will be accepted only if they are sent via reputed courier services like FedEx, Blue Dart, DHL or Blue Dart. Products sent through Indian Postal Service will not accepted under any circumstances. • Products should be in brand new condition with their original packaging, preferably unopened. • Exchange is subject to the final approval of the returns department of Alltimegifts.com. Please note that items, which look used or are opened, are normally NOT approved for exchange. You will be informed of such rejection. Rejected items are kept for 10 days to await shipping charges from your end. If the payment is not received, the items are destroyed. Please note that exchange is a time consuming process. So please bear with us as we will try our level best to resend you the new product as soon as possible. Top 5. Returns and Refunds If there is any manufacturing defect or if the order is damaged in transit, the recipient or the sender should email us at returns@alltimegifts.com within 2 days of receiving the defected product, indicating the reason for return and order number written on the packaging slip. The defective products should reach us within 7 days of your complaining email. Here are the conditions that must be met when products are returned: • All the products should be in their original packaging, preferably unopened. • In case of a breakage all the broken pieces must be included. • Returned Products will be accepted only if they are sent via reputed courier services like FedEx, Blue Dart, DHL or Blue Dart. Products returned via Indian Postal Service will not accepted under any circumstances. There return process involves following terms: • The return policy does not cover perishable products like Flowers, Cakes, Chocolates, Dry fruits, Sweets etc. • All the returns are subject to the final approval of the Returns Department of Alltimegifts.com. • Recipients are requested to open the products in front of the deliveryman and if the item is found broken, the same should be written on Proof of Delivery slip, with a counter signature of deliveryman. This would help in speedy approval of the return. • Please note that we will return and refund orders only if there was an error at our end. If your gifts are approved for return, a refund would be made to your credit card or via a check within 30 days. Top 6. Security Guarantee Alltimegifts.com uses the most advanced methods for accepting credit cards. We have a tied-up with EasyNetCom, one of the premier payment gateway providers in India. Whenever you choose to pay by Master Card or Visa, you are transferred to the website of EasyNetCom. Your credit card transaction is approved through EasyNetCom’s fraud-proof and secure network and a unique approval code is generated. Your Credit Card information is not stored anywhere and is only used for getting an approval code from your bank. Your credit card statement will show EasyNetCom as the Vendor.
