From where do you source your products?
We believe in using only high-quality branded products. All the non-perishable products are procured directly from the manufacturers, distributors and importers.
For Flowers we have a tied up with an Inter Flora approved distributors. Our flowers are garden fresh and professionally crafted. Our flowers last for about four days depending on how they are looked after and weather conditions.
Cakes and Chocolates are from of the best cake confectioneries in India and in the cities we deliver.
Indian Sweets are procured from the branded shops like Haldiram’s and Nathu Sweets.
Watches are sourced from World known brands like Rado, Swatch, Titan (from Tata), Timex, Omega etc.
Toys and Games are sourced only from reputed brands such as Mattel, Ficher Price, Lego, United toys, Funskool, Creative, Happy hours or directly from importers.

Where in India can you deliver?
The delivery cities and towns depend on the product you are ordering. Each product has details of the cities and town serviced. Flowers and Cakes have a limited delivery list, but other gifts can be delivered to more than 1100 towns and cities in India.

Currently we ship only to India. In near future, we plan to start shipping to US, UK, Canada, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal. Please have a look at our Delivery Locations and Shipping Rates & Policies.

How soon can you deliver?
To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the item you ordered and the shipping option you selected:

At AllTimeGifts.com we try to deliver on a day choosen by you. We understand that you would like your gift delivered on some particular occasion and not a day later so we make sure that we meet the your Deadline. We need 3 days to process the order, but in case you happen to be late, you can choose our Priority delivery available in few cities. Generally metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Madras, Calcutta, Bangalore and Hyderabad require a shorter lead time of 2 days and other towns & cities require a lead time of 3 days.

What about your Returns policy?
If there is any manufacturing defect or if the order is damaged in transit, the recipient or the sender should email us at returns@alltimegifts.com within 2 days of receiving the defected product, indicating the reason for return and order number written on the packaging slip. The defective products should reach us within 7 days of your complaining email. Here are the conditions that must be met when products are returned:
• All the products should be in their original packaging, preferably unopened.
• In case of a breakage all the broken pieces must be included.
• Returned Products will be accepted only if they are sent via reputed courier services like FedEx, Blue Dart, DHL or Blue Dart. Products returned via Indian Postal Service will not accepted under any circumstances.
There return process involves following terms:
• The return policy does not cover perishable products like Flowers, Cakes, Chocolates, Dry fruits, Sweets etc.
• All the returns are subject to the final approval of the Returns Department of Alltimegifts.com.
• Recipients are requested to open the products in front of the deliveryman and if the item is found broken, the same should be written on Proof of Delivery slip, with a counter signature of deliveryman. This would help in speedy approval of the return.
• Please note that we will return and refund orders only if there was an error at our end.
If your gifts are approved for return, a refund would be made to your credit card or via a check within 30 days.

All you need to have is your Order ID and the email address that you used while filling in the billing details. We will keep you updated about the status of your order.

Can a Greeting card be sent along with the gift?
All gifts are sent along with a message slip. Just type in your message while placing your order and we print your message to tag along with your gift. If you need to send a Paper Greeting Card,we can send it for you on an additional nominal charge.

Are there any hidden costs such as delivery charges, taxes etc.?
The price mentioned for the product is the final price. This price includes packaging, shipping, handling, delivery and any taxes. There are no hidden charges.

Do you deliver the products as per the display on the Web Pages?
There might be some variation of color or model depending on the gifts especially in perishables like Cakes, Flowers and Chocolates. But in general the gifts will be similar to the pictures on the web. They will definitely match or exceed all the specifications in terms of weight, size, count and functionality. Flowers specified in the arrangements shown may differ as per seasonal availability. If the flowers specified in the arrangements are not available, suitable alternatives will be used.

What if you don't deliver or deliver late?
If we are given adequate time to process your order, then it will never be late. This can only happen due to forces beyond our control such as riots, transportation strikes and situations beyond our control. Another common reason this happens is when the recipient of the gift is not at home, or his/her address has changed. We will cooperate with you to rectify this situation, if it does occur. Please note our maximum liability is the refund of the purchase price, if the fault is directly at our end.

What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer stays there?
AllTimeGifts.com will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the receiver's address within 24 hrs. of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. But in no circumstances will the gift be changed, or in case of perishable commodities, will a fresh one be delivered.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is booked it cannot be cancelled. If we have not processed the order it can be cancelled with a 30% service fee. For more return or exchange, read our Return and Exchange Policy.
